Whether you're new to the sport or have been riding for years, the experienced, knowledgeable trainers at Free Rein Farm will support your growth and allow you to improve your skills. The safety and progression of riders, as well as the well-being of the horses, is of utmost importance to us.
Amber Philler
Our principal instructor, Amber Philler, is USHJA certified, and has experience coaching students of all ages and backgrounds. She has coached high school (IEA) teams, college (IHSA) teams, and open horse shows. Amber enjoys spending time with and competing her horse. She is the FRF Barn Manager as well, and has expert knowledge on how the strengths of each individual school horse can teach every student.
